today, i was helping out carrying some boxes / shipments into a truck

the boxes varied from 100lbs to 200lbs

the temperature was jus torturous, it was friggin 97~105F

about 4-5min into it, i began to sweat nonstop, this continued on for about 1hr

my shirt, my wife-beater, both were soaking wet; my glasses and my pants werent as wet, but take my word for it, it was incomparable to my previous experience. and i have sweat a lot since ive biked approximately 10miles+ a day, and sometimes 20miles+ on weekends

i was helping / working today from 10am to 4pm, my shirt, my pants, everything that is physically attached to my body suffered from extreme sweating

now i will always think differently when i see workers loading or unloading shipments
